Any items that our team can not be 100% sure on are then sent directly to the brands HQ themselves to go through a lengthy and vigourous verification process in which to clarify the authenticity. Any items sold to The Garmentz Lab which do not meet the required mandatory authetication process are returned to seller or donated to clothes banks meaning that they never reach our online and in store customers.

The Garmentz Lab are blue tick verified trusted resellers on Depop and work alongside eBay who also Autheticate all of the products found on this site. All of our inventory is taken care of down to the most finest details weather that may be stain removal, clothing repairs, steam cleaning to remove any bacteria, re-glueing damaged items and even full repainting and redyeing your Clothing, Footwear & Accessories before they reach you the consumer making sure your items are in the best condition possible.

All orders are processed within 1 business days. Orders are not shipped or processed on weekends or holidays unless agreed otherwise.

We charge a standard delivery charge of £5.00. All delivery’s over £150 will be posted with a next-day special delivery service and be with you within 24 hours if your order is made before 2pm.

If we are experiencing a very high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a day. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Items are not shipped prior to payment being cleared in full. Some credit/debit cards can take several days to process and clear. This may cause further delays which are out of our control. If there are any delays the items will be posted the same day the bank clears the payments as per the terms and conditions above.
