Return Policy

Eligibility for Returns

  • Items may be returned within 7 days of the purchase date.

  • Products must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition, with all original packaging and tags attached.

  • Proof of purchase is required.

Non-Returnable Items

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within 3-5 Business Days

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

  • We accept exchanges for a similar item in a different size or colour, subject to availability.

  • We may also except an exchange for an item of a higher value if the difference is paid.
  • We are also able to offer store credit if that is your preferred choice.
