Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or processed on weekends or holidays unless agreed otherwise.

 

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

 

Please note:

No items are posted prior to payment being cleared in full. Some credit/debit cards can take several days to process and clear. This may cause further delays which are out of our control. If there are any delays items will be shipped the same day the bank clears the payments as per the terms and conditions above.

 

We charge a standard delivery charge of £5.00. All delivery’s over £100 will be posted with a next-day special delivery service once all payments are cleared.
